Wherever possible we will on your behalf settle your dispute by negotiated settlement.

We will assist you balance all of the dimensions of your dispute, not just your legal position.

We will work with you towards achieving a pragmatic and enduring resolution.

Mediation

In the event that your dispute does not settle by negotiation, in most circumstances, we recommend that you seek to resolve your issue by Mediation.

Settlement by Mediation is generally a faster and less costly process than by a Court Hearing.

Should your matter be filed in the Court, most Courts now require that the Parties attempt to settle their dispute by Mediation before their matter is set down for Hearing.

We will prepare your dispute for Mediated Settlement, including preparation of your submissions and appearing on your behalf.  We will retain the services of a barrister as required.
